Shipping Information

 

Order Processing:

 

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 30 minutes to 1 hour after checkout receipt is issued.
  • You will receive a confirmation email along with your invoice, along with an email containing the estimated time of arrival once the driver picks up your order and is on his way.
  • All orders are shipped via Local Delivery by default to the address provided during checkout. 
  • For orders outside of British Columbia, All orders are shipped via Canada Post. 

 

Delivery Time:

 

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method chosen during checkout. Typically for Local delivery, orders take 30 minutes to 1 hour. 
  • Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

 

Shipping Costs:

 

  • Shipping costs are fixed for local delivery or Canada Post at $10. 
  • Free shipping may be available for order above $100. Check the website for current promotions.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

Defective or Damaged Items:

 

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the defective or damaged item along with your order number. 

 

Refund Policy:

 

  • Due to the nature of our disposable devices, we do not offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or if you simply change your mind.
  • Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged items that meet the conditions outlined in our policy.

 

Return Process:

 

  1. Contact our customer service team at vdelivervapes@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or damaged item.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the possibility of a replacement or refund.
  4. If a return is authorized, ship the item back to our designated address 15951 Fraser Hwy, Surrey, British Columbia within 14 days of receiving authorization.

 

Return Shipping:

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
